Fear is mostly associated with and feeling that is to be overcome. In the broad sense yes that is the goal. To overcome fear. But in certain aspects, fear is a good thing. It is out of fear that you do not go to your terrace and say “Let’s see what will happen if I jump”. It is out of fear that you look both ways before you cross the street. It is out of fear that you do not touch or pick up dangerous animals. Fear has steered the course of humanity since the beginning.
But there are certain fears that can overwhelm you that will prevent you from reaching great heights. Having a fear of Public Speaking is a common fear. Fear of heights is another. But in that moment how you react will define you. You can either step in the fear or step away from the fear.
FEAR – Face Everything And Rise or Forget Everything And Run. These are the two full forms of FEAR. It is upto you to decide which Full Form should be part of your life.
The Fear stems from the unknown. When you dont know something then the Fear sets in. Once the unknown becomes known then the Fear goes away. The first step is the hardest. Once that is taken then the Fear goes away.
