Question: Sir, I am doing my B-Tech from civil branch and currently am in my second year of college. I am good in Maths and I am a good student as well. I do not have stage fear and my public speaking is excellent. My English is average but my Hindi is very good. However, now I am worried about certain habits of mine. Many a times I have tried to control myself and change myself but every time I have been disappointed. I have got health problems because of these habits. Please let me know how can I be healthy? Apart from this, kindly also suggest a suitable direction for my career?
