In this video for my oral presentation for PSYC341, I spoke about ways to overcome the fear of public speaking using Relaxation Techniques such as Progressive muscle relaxation, Diaphramatic breathing, attention focusing exercises and Behavioural relaxation techniques. I then spoke about combining this with Systematic and In Vivo desensitisation to overcome your fears.
