Stress and anxiety fall hand in hand when it comes to getting up in front of a crowd. The anxiety can be palatable if one has enough time to fret and concern themselves with the idea of getting up on a stage. As fear kicks in our stress response is immediate flooding our bodies with hormones intended to have us react to a situation immediately and then forget about it.
