This video is part 1 of a 4 part series, on how to manage fear of public speaking. The first technique I recommend is deep breathing to counteract the adrenalin that is flowing through your body. The art of belly or deep breathing will clear the mind and calm the body. If done correctly your heart rate will decrease and your breathing will slow down which gives you clarity of thought and a calm manner.
