Using Hypnosis To Overcome Public Speaking Fears

Is a Keynote by Next Week Possible? Find Out How.
Have you used this method to help with your presenting?

An article recently released on the Transforming Health website has suggested the use of hypnosis to help individuals overcome their fear of presenting. In today’s video, we discuss the use of hypnosis in public speaking.

According to the article, hypnosis can be used to change unconscious beliefs and fears by replacing them with suggestions on how to feel and act more confidently when presenting. It is suggested that the removal of negative thoughts and beliefs will not only improve an individual’s confidence when delivering a speech but can in fact have a knock on effect to the rest of their lives as well.

We asked Andy Harrington, a public speaking expert, for his thoughts on the topic. His comments are included within the video itself.
