What’s your biggest phobia?!
Phobias are defined as a persistent irrational fear of specific objects, activities, or situations that leads to a compelling desire to avoid it. Almost all phobias are the result of a bad past experience, usually during childhood, and can be treated or managed with help.
In this video, I explore our (often irrational) fears, why they happen, and what we can do to overcome them. My focus here is to expand your awareness.
Fear can serve as a positive or negative anchor for something. If fear controls you and shuts you down to life it serves a negative purpose, if you control it and use it to get deeper into the present moment it can serve a positive.
Fear is semi-hardwired into our bodies. When you learn the truth, and become aware then you begin living as your true conscious self rather than your temporary mind self you can separate yourself completely from fear. It will still happen but you will control it and not vice versa.
