I had my first anxiety attack 5 years ago while I was driving. I didn’t know what was going on. It terrified me. Out of the blue, my heart started racing like crazy, my head started to spin. I felt tingles down my arm and face, I had cold sweat and tunnel vision. I was convinced I was having a heart attack! I found myself in the Emergency room a couple hours later.
