Hey guys, thanks in advance for checking out my channel. This is just an introduction video to kickstart the journey of hopefully many more vlogs about my fitness and nutrition. I will go ahead and admit I have a huge anxiety about public speaking so apologize for the awkwardness in this video, it’ll get better over time ( hopefully ).
