Public speaking is a fear many of us have and can relate to. However, often we are required to present and share our knowledge with our team at work. In the NPower Canada Customer Care Professional Program, through mock role plays, one on one practice and strategies to cope with the fear, our participants gain confidence in their public speaking skills.
